Terms of Use

1. Who we are

AIDisclose is a product of Pine Solutions Inc. ("Pine Solutions", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the AIDisclose website, snippet, checker, dashboard and evidence export (together, the "Service").

2. What the Service does, and does not do

The Service helps you publish, render and evidence AI-transparency disclosures under applicable laws, such as Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), the California AI Transparency Act (SB 942), and other regimes. It audits whether the disclosures you declare are present and visible. It does not detect AI-generated content, and it does not decide whether a given system or piece of content falls within any law.

The Service, including the AI-disclosure laws directory, the setup wizard, any jurisdiction-specific guidance, and all conformance levels and reports, is operational tooling and general information. It is not legal advice. AI-disclosure laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time; the summaries and dates we provide may be incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for determining which obligations apply to you and how to meet them. Always consult your own qualified legal counsel before relying on the Service for compliance. Your use of the Service does not create a lawyer-client relationship with Pine Solutions.

3. Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you declare and for the security of your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, scan domains you do not own or have permission to test, or use it to break the law.

4. Evidence and reports

Reports and evidence records reflect what our crawler observed at the time of capture. They are provided to help you demonstrate your own compliance. Pine Solutions does not warrant that they satisfy any specific regulator or that your site is compliant.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period, and you keep a window to export your evidence before it ends.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and Pine Solutions' total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
