United States — Colorado has a proposed AI-disclosure law, Colorado SB 26-189 (successor to the repealed SB 24-205), which is not yet in force.

Status and notes
The original Colorado AI Act (SB 24-205) was repealed before taking effect. Its successor SB 26-189 focuses on automated-decision-making notices and takes effect 1 January 2027 — it is not a general AI-content labelling regime.
How to comply with AIDisclose
Publish an ai-disclosure.json manifest declaring the AI systems your site uses, add the on-site snippet to render the required notices and labels in 28 languages, and keep timestamped, exportable evidence that they were shown. Start with a free check of your site.
