Spain has a proposed AI-disclosure law, Draft Organic Law on the Good Use and Governance of AI, which is not yet in force.

Providers and deployers operating in Spain (the directly applicable EU AI Act governs meanwhile).
What content is covered
AI-generated or manipulated content and chatbot interaction.
Status and notes
A bill in parliamentary processing (submitted May 2026), expected to enter into force around end of 2027, with fines up to €35 million or 7% of global turnover. Until then, the directly applicable EU AI Act is what is enforceable in Spain.
How to comply with AIDisclose
Publish an ai-disclosure.json manifest declaring the AI systems your site uses, add the on-site snippet to render the required notices and labels in 28 languages, and keep timestamped, exportable evidence that they were shown. Start with a free check of your site.
